What is a Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD)?

When you place an order, 10% of the retail price (excluding shipping) is required as a non-refundable deposit (NRD) to secure your purchase.

Important Notes:

• NRDs are non-refundable—if you:

  • Cancel your order 
  • Fail to complete payment or confirm the final payment, resulting in order cancellation
    → The deposit will not be refunded.

Exceptions:

• If you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive a full refund.
• If we cancel the product, you will also receive a full refund.
