Before your final payment is scheduled, you’ll receive an email confirmation request. This is your last chance to make any changes to:
- Shipping address
- Shipping method
- Final payment date
For pre-orders, the final payment can’t be scheduled until the product is ready to ship. You’ll receive an email notification when it’s time.
To confirm or adjust your final order details:
- Go to the Order Details page.
- Click Edit Order or Final Payment Confirmation.
- Once confirmed, the order can no longer be edited.
⚠ Important:
If you don’t confirm your final order details within 2 weeks, your order will move to Pending Cancellation and may be automatically canceled. If this happens, the non-refundable deposit (NRD) will be deducted from any refunded amount.
