If your payment fails, you can retry the payment from the Order Details page by clicking the Retry button at the bottom of the screen.
⚠ Important: If the issue isn’t resolved, the error may happen again. You may need to:
- Contact your bank, credit card company, or PayPal to check for any restrictions.
- Ensure your payment method has sufficient funds and is not expired.
If the payment issue remains unresolved for two weeks, your order status will change to Pending Cancellation and may be automatically canceled. If an order is canceled due to a payment failure, the non-refundable deposit (NRD) will be deducted from any refunded amount.
