Our warranty does not cover the following:
1️⃣ Damage During Assembly
- If the statue is damaged while being assembled, it is not covered under warranty.
2️⃣ Carton or Art Box Damage
- These boxes are designed to protect your statue during shipping. Minor damage to the outer packaging does not qualify for replacement.
3️⃣ Internal Packaging Damage
- Styrofoam and inserts are meant to protect the statue in transit. Damage to these materials does not affect the item itself and is not covered.
4️⃣ Items Purchased Outside Prime1Studio.com
- If you bought from a retailer, private collector, or third-party vendor, please contact them directly. We can only assist with purchases made through our official website.
5️⃣ Issues Reported After the Warranty Period
- Our warranty period is 30 days from the date of arrival. Any issues reported after this period will not be covered.
