How to Report a Damaged/Defective Statue
Send the following details to our support team at support@prime1studio.co.jp:
1️⃣ Photo of the serial/edition number (found in three places):
- Underneath the base
- On the art box
- On the shipper box
2️⃣ Photos of the damaged/defective piece
3️⃣ Photos of any damaged boxes and shipping labels (if applicable)
We appreciate your cooperation and will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!
