Why Can’t This Item Ship to My Country?

Here are a few reasons why a product cannot be shipped to your region:

1. Licensing Restrictions

• Not all licenses cover every region.
• If you see "Region Exclusive" on the product page, it means the item cannot be shipped to certain locations.

2. Local Laws & Regulations

• Some countries have safety or compliance requirements for certain products.
• Example: In the U.S. and Australia, Reese’s Law introduced stricter safety standards for products containing button batteries.
  • Our older products, manufactured before these regulations took effect, do not meet the new requirements and therefore cannot be shipped to these regions.

3. Shipping & Trade Restrictions

• Some regions are subject to international trade restrictions, preventing us from shipping there.

How to Check If Your Address is Eligible

At checkout, you will see either:
✅ Shipping costs → Your address is eligible.
❌ "Unable to ship this item to the chosen region" → Shipping is not available for your location.
