When Are Reward Points Issued?

Reward points are added to your account 40 days after your item arrives and are valid for 1 year.

If your order has already arrived but the status still shows "On Shipping" or "In Transit," please contact us. We’ll update the status to "Arrived," and your reward points will be issued 40 days from the actual arrival date.

⚠ Important:

• Reward Points can only be used at checkout. If you forget to apply it, we cannot add it afterward.
• If you miss using your Reward Points, please contact us within 24 hours after you place the order.
