A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before production is complete. Since manufacturing takes time, there will be a waiting period between placing your order and when we begin shipping. The estimated shipping window varies by product, so please check the product page for details. In some cases, production delays may occur.
When Prime 1 Studio announces a new statue on social media, you can place your pre-order directly through our Prime 1 Studio Online Store or from an official distributor or retailer.
Important: If you pre-order through a distributor or retailer, be sure to check their deadline, as pre-orders may close after a certain period.
